The provider, Dennis, is very nice and patient. He explained things to me clearly and also listened carefully to my concerns. My last appointment with him ended up resolving the real problem going on with my hearing aids instead of sending me home again with just a louder stream boast in my left hearing aid. He didn’t rule out anything from wax in the ear to technical issues. That’s how we figured out the real problem - a broken part near the earmold. I am so satisfied with the service and Lilah helped me greatly with scheduling as well via email. Above all, the hearing test and cleaning service is free and fast with my hearing aids came with affordable price and up to date technology. Highly recommended…

I have wearing hearing aids for more than 20 years. My first time with Audible was very positive with everyone being knologable.I had a problem with my left aid and was able to get an appointment the same day. The aid needed to be sent in for repairs. The service I received was very important to me.

Everything from the initial appointment, the hearing evaluation and results to awaiting the arrival of the hearing aids has moved along smoothly. Pleasant, professional and supportive people are making the journey a good experience.

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The exam was very enlightening as to the extent of my hearing loss. He was able to illustrate the tones that I can no longer hear. The actual hearing test process included checking my inner ear canal and the outer back of the ear for additional medical ear issues. Explanations were easily understood and questions answered. The fitting process was thorough and comfortable. My husband and I both were tested and purchased hearing aids. The staff verified our insurance coverage and gave us a dollar amount owed on order day. They arrived in one week. We tried them on and the fit was adjusted as needed. He downloaded the app on our phones and paired our aids with the program. We have been pleased with the product and attention to detail. We both would recommend making an appointment and having your hearing tested if you think you may have some deficit. Thank you to the staff for their follow-up and professionalism.

The services was great.He spent extra time in attempt to remove the corrosion. The hearing test explained and visual results were reviewed. I await my repair however 5 star review.
