The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The exam was very enlightening as to the extent of my hearing loss. He was able to illustrate the tones that I can no longer hear. The actual hearing test process included checking my inner ear canal and the outer back of the ear for additional medical ear issues. Explanations were easily understood and questions answered. The fitting process was thorough and comfortable. My husband and I both were tested and purchased hearing aids. The staff verified our insurance coverage and gave us a dollar amount owed on order day. They arrived in one week. We tried them on and the fit was adjusted as needed. He downloaded the app on our phones and paired our aids with the program. We have been pleased with the product and attention to detail. We both would recommend making an appointment and having your hearing tested if you think you may have some deficit. Thank you to the staff for their follow-up and professionalism.

My visit was wonderful. I always get Anxiety when going to a new dr. Dr. Womble and his Assistant/office manager were so kind and very informative. Great experience.

My experience over the last year and a half since I got my hearing aids has always been an excellent experience. Dennis is very knowledgeable technically and he's always super-helpful! I have had several technical glitches with my units which he has fixed quickly. All the office staff are great as well. The service is top-notch.

I moved to Chapel Hill a year ago and have had two visits to Audibel in Southern Square The audiologist Dennis is top notch He is very welcoming and definitely knows how to be of assistance in keeping my hearing aids set properly and making sure my hearing needs are met I highly recommend this office to anyone needing assistance with their hearing needs
